Phoenix and Scottsdale in particular is a golfers and sunworshipers paradise. Phoenix is the second sunniest city in the United States...if you come to Phoenix for sun and golf you will get just that. This is what I love about Phoenix and why we ended up purchasing a condo in Phoenix and in particular Scottsdale.

This 3 bedroom 2 bath condo in North Scottsdale is ready for your enjoyment throughout the year. Inside you will find a fully appointed kitchen, large flat screen TV, DVD player, and a full size washer/dryer. The two queen beds have high quality linens.
Sit on the balcony and take in the beautiful Arizona weather or relax by the pool and hot tub which is only steps away from the front door. The gated community is quiet, secure, and well maintained.
Minutes away are some of Scottsdale's best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment including the popular Kierland Commons. Old Town Scottsdale and Fashion Square Mall are right down the road as well. Looking for a rental during the Phoenix Open at TPC of Scottsdale, you are less than a mile from the golf action!
